Apricot Pork Tenderloin

Apricot Pork Tenderloin Print this recipe


  • 3 Pound pork tenderloin
  • 4 1/2 Ounce Traeger Big Game Rub, or rub of your choice
  • 1 1/2 Cup  BBQ Sauce


Trim any excess fat and silverskin from the pork tenderloin. Season the entire pork tenderloin with Traeger Big Game Rub or rub of your choice and let rest for 30 minutes.

When ready to cook, start the Smoker Grill on Smoke setting. Once it reaches temperature, put the pork tenderloins on the grate and smoke for 45 minutes.

Remove tenderloins from grill and set grill temperature to High and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes.

Once the Smoker Grill reaches High temperature, grill each side of the pork tenderloin for 90 seconds or until it reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees F

Before pulling off the grill, brush meat with BBQ Sauce. Let rest in a pan or on a cutting board for 20 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
