Ingredients

  • 4 1/2 Rack baby back ribs
  • Salt and pepper

 

Preparation

Peel membrane from back side of the ribs and season both sides with salt and pepper.

When ready to cook, set Smoker Grill temperature to 225℉ and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes. For optimal flavor, use Super Smoke if available.

Cook meat side up for two hours. Flip ribs so the meat side is down and cook for an additional hour. Enjoy!
